What shipping options do you offer?
We proudly ship to both Canada and the United States via courier (UPS, Canpar, Purolator etc.). If delivery can only be made to your location via post office box please contact us before ordering to obtain a shipping quote.
The following are typical delivery times for orders shipped by courier and are in addition to our processing time. These are estimates only and may be longer to very rural communities and during peak shipping season.
Ontario 1-2 business days
Quebec 2-3 business days
All other Canadian provinces and the majority of the United States 3-6 business days
What is your processing time?
Most orders are shipped within a week - with exceptions made for very large orders. If a longer than usual processing time is expected we will contact you by the email you provided.
We will be closed from Dec 28th - January 8th and orders placed during this time will not be processed until we return
Am I responsible for customs duties?
Yes, customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees that may apply to their orders when shipping to Canada or the United States.
Can I return personalized items?
Unfortunately, personalized items are not eligible for return. However, we want to ensure your satisfaction, so please contact us if you have any concerns, and we will do our best to make things right.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your product is damaged during shipping, please reach out to us at screechowlsupply@gmail.com. Be sure to include photos of the shipping container and the damaged product so we can assist you promptly.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping or special packaging. However, our products are beautifully crafted and designed to impress on their own!
