We ship across Canada using trusted courier partners including UPS, Canpar, and Purolator. Local delivery within 25km of Clinton, Ontario qualifies for reduced rates, while standard shipping serves all other provinces. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days within Ontario and 2-6 business days to other provinces, though very remote locations may require additional time. Please note that PO Boxes cannot be accepted, and a phone number is required at checkout to facilitate courier delivery. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are in addition to order fulfillment time. Most small orders are shipped within 1 week while orders containing many personalized items may take longer.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that personalized or custom-engraved items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
