Shipping policy

We ship across Canada using trusted courier partners including UPS, Canpar, and Purolator. We also offer local delivery up to 25km from Clinton, Ontario at reduced rates. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days within Ontario and 2-6 business days to other provinces, though very remote locations may require additional time. Please note that PO Boxes cannot be accepted, and a phone number is required at checkout to facilitate courier delivery. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are in addition to order fulfillment time. Most small orders are shipped within 1 week while orders containing many personalized items may take longer.
